Please Note: Any Bausch + Lomb product which has a suspected manufacturer fault may be returned for analysis as per our standard product complaints procedure. Please contact our Product Complaint Team at: productcomplaints.uki@bausch.com to report any issues experienced with our products.
If your patient is not satisfied with either their Bausch + Lomb ULTRA® ONE DAY, Bausch + Lomb ULTRA® or Biotrue® ONEday contact lenses, you can return them for credit at the Bausch + Lomb invoiced price, providing the product:
- Has a minimum of 12 months shelf life
- Is returned within 60 days from date of invoice
- Is returned together with the original paperwork/order details
